Given the fact that ICBRR ultimately strives to achieve integration of PMI facilitated community action plans into the community and District Development Plans it is seen as advantageous also to support forums through which executive decisions and related policies are made not least in the scope of links to local governments and the association with existing government disaster response mechanisms.
It’s the “not least”, together, that is important.
In this sense, the following stuff should be the minimum – or least – that is taken into account.
