How To Develop A Communication Plan
What kind of job will let me do this?
So in my line of work I get to work with a lot of high school aged youth. Lately I’ve been getting more involved in their personal development. We focus on
-Future plans
-Self evaluation
-Developing communications kills
-Becoming responsible for their education
These aren’t the things I’m suppose to focus on. But since I’ve been doing that I’ve found more work more rewarding and more fulfilling. For as long as I can remember I’ve been working with young people on how to become leaders in their communities (which is great) but lately I’ve been focused on having them become leaders in their own life’s and make changes there first . what kinda of job would that be if I wanted to do this as a job?
High school job/guidance counselor. Don’t expect a big paycheck.
