Has anybody asked the Daila Lama what he’ll do, if Tibet gets its independence.?

Will the Daila Lama restore the fuedal autocracy? Return the warloards to power or bring in american and british businesses and officials to reorganize the educational, economic, and development infrastructure gained under China.
Locally Tibetans rule Tibet whos alligiance is to China. An independent Tibet will just be switching its alligiance to a western power. Hopefully an independent Tibet will be rulled by the wishes of the masses a republic system free of outside influences, and stablishes the importance of an educational system for all tibetans, and the rights of all tibetans for life liberty and the pursuit of happiness (equal in being, unequal in ability).
