should urban development of lands be more controlled?
the area i live in is growing rapidly. once one area is gobbled up they start on the next. the problem is that the roads can’t handle the volume of traffic already. sometimes just leaving home becomes almost impossible as the cars and trucks are stacked up at at all the exits to the neihborhoods at most times of the day already. i feel like there is a feeding frenzy by developers gone mad and local government is more than willing to cash in as well.
That is exactly how it is in Flagstaff, Arizona. I think there should be control, but big corporations don’t care, nor does the gov.
