Wisconsin Economic Development
What college in midwest United States would you suggest for my business interests?
I am interested in either owning my own business (I already run an eBay business and I’m 17) or international economic development.
I know they are drastically different, however I am interested in doing either or both.
I live in Cleveland, Ohio so any suggestions in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, or anything that isn’t too crazy far away like Florida would be appreciated.
I have a 3.5 weighted grade, around a 3.2 unweighted with a 25 currently on the ACT, but am looking to improve to a 28 after taking classes, practice tests, etc.
Please base answers on what I could get into, because obviously I probably can’t get into somewhere like NYU.
7 excellent choices:
Bowling Green State University
Bowling Green, OH
Cleveland State University
Cleveland, OH
Ohio State University: Columbus Campus
Columbus, OH
Ohio University
Athens, OH
University of Akron
Akron, OH
University of Toledo
Toledo, OH
Youngstown State University
Youngstown, OH
And, since you are obviously on the ball despite the not-so-hot ACT score, look at Kenyon College too.
You can compare your qualifications to each school’s most recent admitted class at collegeboard.com
Good luck to you
